I’ve always loved the Hitchhiker’s Guide series.  Or at least, I love the first four.  The ending to So Long And Thanks For All The Fish was quite possibly perfect.  An ironic stab at the Universe, Marvin finally getting an apology, and Arthur gets a girl.

I need a drink.

I don’t drink. But there are days I really want to pour myself a couple glasses of some alcoholic beverage and pound them back to take the edge off the world.
