Sperm bank sued under product liability law – So…hang on a sec. The product may have been faulty, but without the products characteristics–both faulty and non–the individual said to have standing to sue wouldn’t exist. I wonder if the plaintiff–or the sperm bank–would be found to have grounds to sue the original donor. –Joe Tweet
